Luxberry House, luxury in the heart of Berry

From the moment you walk into Luxberry House you'll feel a sense of calm and that welcoming feeling a beautiful home provides.

Set just one street back, and a short 250 metre stroll from Berry's eclectic shopping strip, eateries, cafes, restaurants, it's the perfect location.

The home is filled with light & opulence throughout, with the focus being on lifestyle & entertaining. 

The huge open plan kitchen, lounge, dining flows out onto a massive all weather entertaining deck through the French doors, where you'll sit, relax, wine, dine and soak up the view of the gorgeous garden. 

The manicured lawns and garden are a must to ponder around, and just smell the roses!  You'll also find a special outdoor setting amongst the garden, perfect for that sneaky extra wine, or to finish those last few pages of your book in peace.

And don't forget to check out the Vege patch or pick any fruit growing on the citrus trees.

Luxberry House offers so much space throughout for everyone to be together, and lots of areas if you want to have your own quiet time.

The home offers a large formal loungeroom with cosy feather & down lounges to relax in front of the TV or the just watch the fireplace roar.  There's also a casual TV area if someone wants to chill there.

The large open plan lounge, dining, kitchen is focused on cooking up a storm and sitting around the 8-seater dining table for the afternoon and into the evening.  

You'll find that the kitchen is filled with everything you'll need, including a full-sized fridge/freezer and an Espresso Coffee Machine.  We also provide the beans and takeaway cups!  

Extra cooking and entertainment can be enjoyed out on the large deck with a BBQ, 8-seater dining table, and a separate lounge area.

If you do need to attend to the chores of life, you'll find a full-sized laundry with washing machine & dryer, just off the kitchen.  The laundry also doubles as Powder Room with a toot as well.

Heating and Cooling is taken care of with reverse cycle air-conditioning throughout every room.  Along with the Electric Fireplace in the Formal Lounge room.  Warm and toasty in Winter and Cool and comfy in Summer.

And if you do need to work (we all do 😢) you'll find a designated spot in the lounge room for your lap top. 

You'll be spoilt for choice with beautiful large bedrooms all with comfortable AH Beard beds, feather & down doona's and pillows and quality crisp hotel linen. 

The  3 bedrooms are all oversized rooms with Queen sized beds, wardrobes/storage.

These bedrooms share a large bathroom with a long Vanity with 2 basins, a walk in shower and full-sized bath. Please, no arguing as to who has the first soaking!
